Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a.  Pesticide and Fertilizer County-Wide Bid #08-MA-288 – Bid established to purchase pesticide an fertilizer county wide at a firm price.  Fifteen (15) bids solicited, two (2) bids received, one (1) bid qualified and one (1) was a no bid and zero (0) bids were returned.   After reviewing the School Board’s current pricing, speaking with the vendors and reviewing other school district bids the pricing in this bid is competitive with the market.

Award bid as follows:
